2. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, rather than supply at the wrong price. We will always contact you first.
Prices may change without notice. The price applying to your order is the price displayed when the order is accepted.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it and dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, we cannot verify payment details, or delivery to your address is not practicable.
Product images are indicative. Specifications, colours and included accessories may change without notice as manufacturers update their ranges.
4. Stock availability
Stock levels are updated continuously but can change between your order and our picking it. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder or a refund.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must clear in full before dispatch. Trade account customers are subject to separately agreed terms.
6. Delivery
Delivery costs and timeframes are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You must provide an accurate delivery address. Charges arising from an incorrect address, redelivery or redirection are your responsibility.

8. Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them, or refunding the purchase price, at our option.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business or downtime, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Safe use of power tools
Power tools are dangerous if misused. You are responsible for reading the manufacturer’s instructions, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and complying with all applicable work health and safety laws. Information published on this website is general guidance and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions or professional advice.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, layout, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Power Tools Direct Australia and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
